The band, under the direction of Craig Hamilton, “have been working hard, but this year are enjoying the rehearsals and expecting the concert even longer than usual as last year’s concert was canceled due to COVID,” said A press release.
âWithout a doubt, some of you also look forward to the music and camaraderie that our concerts have provided for many years. This annual event has become a favorite of our local communities and is always a special concert, in part because It is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Greater Hot Springs Village. The Kiwanis Club is using all proceeds from this concert and other fundraisers to support children’s activities in the area.
This year’s musical selection âwill include a treasure trove of holiday standards presented in a variety of musical styles to reflect the spirit of celebration and the joy of the season. And, as always, be sure to bring lots of Christmas spirit so you can sing along with the band on some of your holiday favorites, âthe release said.
“As one of our songs so happily puts it: ‘This is the most wonderful time of the year.'”
